Aromatherapy & Chakra Healing
Down the center of our bodies, we have small wheels of energy, constantly turning inside us, called chakras. Seven Chakras starting from the base of the spine going up to the top of the crown of the head, and all having very important roles in how you feel and think.
There are many ways that you can keep these wheels turning healthily and remaining balanced; meditation, yoga, journaling, breathing exercises, even aromatherapy. Essential oils can help balance our chakras, because, when inhaled, the scent molecules directly travel to the brain and impact the emotional center of the brain, allowing us to essentially control how we feel or change our mood if needed.
